Casa Adobe has 3 comfortable guest rooms each with it´s own private bathroom as well as two fully furnished apartments.

EFFICIENCY AND ONE BEDROOM APARTMENT

Efficiency Apartment for 1 or 2 persons.

Daily: $55.00
One Week: $315.00
Two Weeks: $490.00
Three Weeks: $630.00
Four Weeks: $700.00

One Bedroom Rooftop Apartment for 1 or 2 persons (Ask about rates).

*For the Apartment, breakfast is NOT included, however the kitchen is initially stocked with fresh milk, coffee, eggs, jam, butter & local bread. If rented for short stays (1 to 3 days) breakfast can be included.

There is a 2-day minimum stay for all rooms and the apartments. 1 week = 7 days. All rates in US dollars with all taxes included.

Rates are subject to change. Inquire about our student rates . No pets. All rooms are non smoking.

DEPOSITS & REFUNDS

To make a reservation deposit on room(s) or the apartment,you may send a personal check to our US bank,outside US and Canada ask for deposit information. We do not accept credit cards or travelers checks. Upon arrival you may pay in US dollars or Pesos.

No refund of deposit during the following dates: October through February, Easter week and Guelaguetza festivities (last two weeks of July).

50% refund of the deposit if notice given 30 days before date of arrival.

Payment is for the original length of reservation if changes occur (arriving later, leaving early), there will be no refund.
